Kremona Steel-String Acoustics -- New for 2016

Thursday 21, 2016

Kremona’s first love is to craft instruments that blossom fully with tonal colors and musicality. In the spirit of that mission, Kremona proudly debuts their first steel-string acoustic guitars. The three new D-style guitars have been built for balance, responsiveness, clarity and power.  Each of the new steel string acoustic guitars is carefully handcrafted in Europe.  Each guitar features a dovetail neck set, a micro-thin matte poly finish and is equipped with a TUSQ nut, saddle and bridge pins.

Kicking off the offering is the Kremona M-10.   The M-10 is voiced for a big, balanced tonal response with superb projection and distinct musical character.   The M-10 features a solid spruce top, layered mahogany back & sides, rosewood fingerboard, bridge and headstock overlay, herringbone appointments and proprietary satin nickel machines.  Impact-resistant foam case included.  $849 MSRP

Next is the stage-ready M-20. The M-20 brings the attributes of the M-10 to the next level with a solid back, Venetian cutaway and LR Baggs EAS-VTC Element preamp.  Tuning machines are proprietary satin gold with rosewood buttons. M-20 comes complete with a deluxe wooden archtop hard case. $1,549 MSRP

R-30 is the flagship of the Kremona steel-string line. Ebony appointments give a touch of visual elegance but also contribute to the exceptionally broad frequency response of this hallmark instrument. Hand-scalloped bracing lends nuances to voicing and sensitivity.  The R-30 features a solid spruce top, solid rosewood back and sides, wooden purfling with a shell rosette, proprietary black satin black machines with ebonized buttons, TUSQ XL fittings and a deluxe wooden archtop hard case.  $1,999 MSRP.
